Mushroom and Cheese Pizza
Description

Ingredients

1 cups warm water (95-110 F)
2 packages dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
3 cups bread flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup olive oil
Toppings:
8 oz. shredded mozzarella
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup goat cheese 
1 cup sliced Portobello mushroom, sautéed 

Instructions

Place water in a bowl, stir in yeast and 1 tsp. sugar. Cover with a plastic wrap and let it proof for 10 minutes in a warm spot.

Mix 2 cups of flour with the proofed yeast. Mix with the help of a fork. The dough will be sticky and wet. Place in a bowl covered with plastic wrap and allow to rest for 30 minutes or more in a warm spot away from drafts.

Add remaining 1 cup of flour, olive oil. and salt. Mix ingredients well by hand or in a food processor. Work the dough for ten minutes until smooth and elastic. (Adding a little more flour or water if needed).

Shape the dough into a ball and place it in an oiled bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Let the dough rise until double in bulk for 20 minutes.

Punch down and divide dough in two equal pieces. Roll out each piece to about 1/8 inch thick. Brush dough lightly with olive oil on both sides.

Place each dough on an oiled pizza pan. Allow pizzas to rise for 10 minutes and bake at 400 F for 10 minutes. Top each pizza with sauté mushrooms, goat cheese, mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Bake pizzas for 10 more minutes.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

At LPSC, Inc. we know life happens. If you are unable to attend a class for any reason just let us know and we will refund your class tuition minus the non-refundable registration fee.

Each class has a percentage of its class fee dedicated to set costs associated with the class which we call the non-refundable registration fee. All class tuition fees include a 25% non-refundable registration fee. Non-refundable registration fees will never exceed $200.00.

The registration fee is non-refundable except for the following situations:
In the event of insufficient enrollment a class may be rescheduled or cancelled. We typically make this decision five (5) days in advance of the scheduled class. We will make every effort to notify you in advance through the contact information you provided and provide you a full refund including the registration fee.

In case of inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, a class may be rescheduled or cancelled without prior notice. Again, we will make every effort to notify you in advance through the contact information you provided and provide you a full refund including the registration fee.

Privately Contracted Events, Gastronomic Tours & Events at Sapore are Non-Refundable

LIABILITY

The LPSC will not be held liable for any loss, injury or damage to students or their property, due to any act, neglect or omission by the school, its agents or employees. The LPSC reserves the right under unavoidable circumstances or adverse weather conditions to alter the timing or content of any course and to substitute any teacher at any time.
