Dr Sandra Darling

Sandra Darling, DO, MPH Dr. Sandra Darling is a preventive medicine physician in the Cleveland Clinic Center for Integrative and Lifestyle Medicine and the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health. The primary focus of her medical practice is brain health and prevention of dementia. Dr. Darling graduated from Touro University California College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed residency at the Florida Department of Health. Prior to medical school, she worked in the field of architecture and design. She was motivated to switch careers after she reversed her longstanding health issues primarily by altering her diet. Dr. Darling is passionate about guiding others in making healthful food choices to promote healing.
