Linda is a proud native of Greater Cleveland who has receently returned home after over 30 years living outside of Ann Arbor, Michigan. She actually took her first class with Chef Loretta Paganini and Chef Tim McCoy way back in Spring of 2002! While in Michigan, she earned an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from Schoolcraft College, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Physical Education/Health from Eastern Michigan University and a Master's Degree in Adapted Physical Education from Western Michigan University. She was also an adjunct professor at The University of Michigan, Flint Campus. While teaching elementary physical education, she spent summers and weekends working alongside many chefs and culinary teams in high-end bistros and well-established country clubs. Linda strongly believes that "food brings people together" and she enjoys entertaining family and friends-especially when she can get them to "join in the preparation!"
