Erin Mayle

Wishing as a young girl to become the next Julia Child, Chef Erin finally got her dream after many years in office and administrative work. Graduating in 2017 as a Pastry Chef, she switched gears and started on her culinary journey! Loving to entertain, she has worked in catering, as well as some amazing bakeries in the NE Ohio area. When she's not baking her favorite treats, you'll find her nose deep into a history book, playing in her garden, or maybe taking a stroll in the Metroparks with her husband and sons.
