Rawia grew up in Lebanon, surrounded by the vibrant flavors of the Levant, which ignited her passion for food and cooking. Her cherished memories include festive holiday meals, leisurely Sunday lunches, and delicious street food. After pursuing an MBA and spending over 10 years in management consulting, Rawia decided to follow her passion and launch Beituti, her food business. Beituti, which means ' "homey" in Arabic, creates pantry staples with top-notch ingredients and beloved family recipes, making mealtime a joyful and nourishing experience.
