Thanksgiving Leftovers Phyllo Triangles
Description

Ingredients

Ingredients (for any triangle)

1 box phllyo dough, cut into four strips and stacked (make sure dough is covered at all times as it dries out quickly and becomes difficult to work with)
2 sticks unsalted butter, melted

Filling One:

1 Cup ground cooked turkey meat
1 Cup cooked broccoli
1/4 Cup shredded Cheddar cheese


Blend ingredients in food processor to make filling one

Filling Two:

1 Cup ground cooked turkey meat
1/2 Cup goat cheese
1/2 Cup diced Granny Smith Apple


Mix ingredients together in a bowl to make filling two


Filling Three:

2 Cups Cranberry Chutney or Relish (mine had orange and pear in it)
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 Cup finely chopped nut of choice (mine was a combination of hazelnut and almond)

Mix ingredients together in a bowl to make filling three

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare a baking sheet by spraying with non stick cooking spray and placing parchment paper over the sprayed sheet pan. Do not spray parchment paper.

Take four sheets (cut into strips) of phyllo dough and place on cutting board or sanitized work space. Work quickly and brush sides of sheets with butter.  Place one tablespoon of filling of choice in upper corner of phyllo strips/sheets.

Fold filling corner over and continue folding dough with a flag fold into a completed triangle. Brush dough with melted butter to seal edge closed. Place triangle on baking sheet. 

Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes until dough is golden brown and flaky.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

At LPSC, Inc. we know life happens. If you are unable to attend a class for any reason just let us know and we will refund your class tuition minus the non-refundable registration fee.

Each class has a percentage of its class fee dedicated to set costs associated with the class which we call the non-refundable registration fee. All class tuition fees include a 25% non-refundable registration fee. Non-refundable registration fees will never exceed $200.00.

The registration fee is non-refundable except for the following situations:
In the event of insufficient enrollment a class may be rescheduled or cancelled. We typically make this decision five (5) days in advance of the scheduled class. We will make every effort to notify you in advance through the contact information you provided and provide you a full refund including the registration fee.

In case of inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, a class may be rescheduled or cancelled without prior notice. Again, we will make every effort to notify you in advance through the contact information you provided and provide you a full refund including the registration fee.

Privately Contracted Events, Gastronomic Tours & Events at Sapore are Non-Refundable

LIABILITY

The LPSC will not be held liable for any loss, injury or damage to students or their property, due to any act, neglect or omission by the school, its agents or employees. The LPSC reserves the right under unavoidable circumstances or adverse weather conditions to alter the timing or content of any course and to substitute any teacher at any time.
