Cocktails Menu:
Spring in Saigon
A delicate and refreshing highball that captures the essence of my birthplace. This cocktail blends aromatic lemongrass, bright calamansi, and the subtle floral notes of jasmine tea, reimagining the traditional Vietnamese limeade, Soda Chanh Đường, into a refined, effervescent experience.

Alsace Orchard
A bright and elegant interpretation of the classic New York Sour, paying homage to my French heritage. This cocktail softens the traditional profile with hints of vanilla, seasonal spring fruits, and an ethereal white wine foam crafted from the Alsace region, bringing a sophisticated balance to every sip.

Petal & Vine
Inspired by the vibrant ingredients of the San Francisco Bay Area where I was raised, this cocktail embodies the lush, floral bounty of spring. Botanical gin meets elderflower, lavender, and lemon verbena, elevated with the elegance of rosé wine—a sophisticated blend that evokes the beauty and evolving freshness of California's springtime.

Dinner Menu:

Vietnamese Salad with Grilled Marinated Pork, Spring Greens, Rice Noodles, Cucumbers, and Chopped Peanuts

Coq au Riesling with Wine-Braised Chicken, Mushrooms, Roasted Butternut Squash, Spring Peas, and Rice Pilaf

Honey Panna Cotta with Fresh Berries, Goat Cheese, Candied Pistachio Dust, and Edible Flowers
