Lori Hurd


Lori followed her culinary passion after sharpening her skills feeding family and friends for most of her life. After taking several recreational classes at the Loretta Paganini School of Cooking, at the urging of Loretta, Lori enrolled in the weekend culinary program at ICASI in the Spring of 2013. Lori graduated in December 2013 and began teaching on a part time basis at the school right away. Still employed full time as a sales director, Lori is able to travel around the country sampling regional favorites and eating where the locals go while she's on business. She manages to schedule a few classes a month at the school and enjoys sharing many of her favorite recipes.
