Brandon Walukas is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York, although he has been working in the industry since he was 16. He has worked with James Beard Award winner Jamie Shannon at Commander’s Palace in New Orleans, Martini House with Michelin star Chef Todd Humphries, Charlie Palmers Dry Creek Kitchen, and Niebaum Coppala Winery with Rising Star Chef Kelly McCown. Brandon has run some of the top kitchens in the greater Cleveland area. He was chef du Cuisine at award winning Mojo and One Walnut. He was also the Executive chef for Spice kitchen & bar/Spice of Life, where he received both local and national awards, including named one of the Best Chefs of America.
